Important terms
- The client keeps control of prices, discounts, refunds, guarantees, appointments, campaigns, and public claims.
- Phone, text, model, advertising, and other third-party charges require separate written approval and a spending cap.
- The $297 installation fee becomes nonrefundable after implementation begins. Monthly fees are nonrefundable after the service period begins, except where law or a written exception requires otherwise.
- AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. ShineBooked does not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, reviews, rankings, retention, or profitability.
- The agreement is month to month and is governed by Washington law, subject to the complete document.
